Incredible burgers just outside Santa Fe
There's only one reason to go to Bobcat Bite, and it's a good one: Some of the best hamburgers in the entire United States. Regularly on top-10 and top-100 lists for America's best burgers, they allegedly get their taste from the griddle that has been used for decades. The green chile cheeseburger is fantastic. If you don't want to wait, get there 10 minutes before they open or between regular meal times.
