What we say
Sophisticated and contemporary
Simple, well-prepared French fare at this bistro offers a nice change of pace from the usual New Mexican fare. The changing menu features organic vegetables and local ingredients and the wine menu is excellent.

We have lived in Santa Fe part time for some years now and become friendly with the chef Louis Moskow. He used to cook in New Orleans before opening up his own place in Santa Fe. An evening here is well spent. The food is the star-- served in a sophisticated and pleasant atmosphere-- usually quiet and demure. It's not a noisy place. The wine selection is superb. Ask what the specials are. They are often the best things to order.
