It might seems strange to go to a retirement community for a night out on the town, but one sip of their pomegranate margarita and all of your doubts will be put to rest. Rainbow Vision's Silver Starlight is one of the best gay bars out there. Their cabaret draws a variety of live acts from all around and an audience of all ages.

The cutest bartenders. Some of the best shows in town from drag to discos to jazz. incredibly friendly and mixed male/female most nights.

Best gay venue in New Mexico hands down. Lots of space, great drag shows, Trash Disco - the hottest queer dance around with the best DJ, DJ Oona, professional live music for every taste and the biggest events around like New Years, Halloween, Pride and more. Bartenders are adorable and pour a mean drink. Great community feeling for both men and women.

Not sure how it got in OUT magazine but oh my Lord this is the most boring, over priced bar I ahve ever been to.
